Kenrich Industrial, a leading tool and overhead material supplier, is looking for an Accounting Assistant in the Waukesha, WI area. This is an in-person position, full-time with full benefits package.
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
- Accounts payable / receivable experience - 1 years
- Knowledge and experience with invoicing
- P21/Epicor experience is a PLUS!
- Willingness to help in other areas to gain experience and cross-train.
Job Duties:
- Creating and sending customer invoices, tax certificates, and other paperwork and maintaining an orderly and neat filing system
- Gathering supplier invoices, vouching, and preparing them for accounts payable
- Working closely with inside sales, customer service, outside sales, and other departments to achieve company goals
- Assisting with month end duties as needed
- Cross training for coverage purposes in both the accounting department and other departments.
